USA orders - All orders will be shipped via USPS flat rate mail. Single bottle orders of 15ml or 30ml will have an option of USPS first class mail. Free USPS Priority flat rate shipping on orders $75 or more.

International orders - Please be advised all retail orders will be shipped via USPS flat rate mail. If you prefer to ship via DHL, please email us at support@dajuicehawaii.com for a shipping quote. Dajuice Hawaii LLC will not be responsible if your package does not clear customs. In some cases, customs will destroy all contents instead of returning the package back to us. Please be aware of your laws before placing your order.

Canada orders - Shipping via USPS has not been able to clear customs during this time. We are working with DHL in regards to customs clearance. Dajuice Hawaii LLC will not be responsible if your package does not clear customs. In some cases, customs will destroy all contents instead of returning the package back to us. Please be aware of your laws before placing your order.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business day(s). Should there be any delays, you will be notified by email from our support department.

Returns

Please contact customer service at support@dajuicehawaii.com for more information on returning an item. There will be no restocking fee. Buyer to cover to cost of shipment return.

E-Juice/Liquid - All Sales are final and no returns will be accepted. If for some reason you suspect that you may have had a bad batch, please notify our customer service department at support@dajuicehawaii.com within 7 business days. Failure of notification will result in voiding replacement of your E-Juice/Liquid.

Warranty

Mods - All Mods will be tested before the item is shipped. Custom engraved Mods are hand engraved and not duplicated. There may be some imperfection based on the engraving technique that is used to make each piece unique.

All Kangertech electronic products are covered under a 3 month limited warranty with the following limitations:

  • Batteries, Chargers, and Charging Packs: Our limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: (1) improper maintenance or modification; (2) parts or supplies not provided or supported by Dajuice Hawaii LLC; (3) operation outside the product’s specifications; or (4) unauthorized modification or misuse.
  • Atomizers: Due to the normal usage and limited life expectancy of atomizers, we offer no warranty on these items.
  • Liquids & Accessories: Liquids, T-shirts, hats, and other accessories are not covered under warranty and are provided as-is.
  • Items lost in transit: Insurance is optional, should you choose not to insure your order, once an item is shipped and a tracking number is provided, Dajuice Hawaii LLC shall not be responsible for receipt of your package.
  • Products that are discontinued or no longer carried: Any product that may be discontinued will cease to be covered under our warranty replacement policy effective the time of discontinuance or removed from our website.
